Biography

Justin Fraser, MD, graduated from Princeton University with a degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. His thesis discussed the American health care system, focusing on the effect of managed care on the physician-patient relationship. Fraser graduated from the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City, and also completed residency in neurosurgery and a fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery/interventional neuroradiology at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Research focus

My research focuses upon novel methods and treatments for neuroprotection during and after stroke. I also study new diagnostic tools in stroke and traumatic brain injury.
