About the author
Rachel Miller is a Registered Dietitian at the Lucille P. Markey Cancer Center at the University of Kentucky. She has been a Registered Dietitian since 2007 and received her master’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 2008. Rachel has experience with research including receiving the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences National Conference 3rd Place Research Poster award in 2008.
She has been a Community Faculty member for the University of Kentucky’s Coordinated Program and Dietetic Internship Supervised Practice Program since 2011. Rachel has clinical experience in long-term and transitional care including a diversity of patient needs. Her personal interests include cooking, exercise and gardening.
